The Vikings have some difficult games in November and December including divisional games against the Lions, Packers, and Bears, thankfully all at home, a MNF game at the Seahawks, and a game at the Chargers for SNF that is a candidate to get flexed to the afternoon given the current state of the hosts. A win over the Broncos is imperative to the team's playoff hopes given the current likelihood of qualifying as a wild card team.

Man NBC has to be like WHAT FUCK NFL is this flex shit for if we can't get Baltimore vs Ravens in Primetime over the Rams vs Bears ... NBC is lucky that it is a game with two big markets(even though i don't know about LA football market)

Flexing comes down to a few things.

- Flexing doesn't happen in the week of the game except week 17. The Rams falling to 5-4 takes a shine off the game as does the Bears' recent struggles, but neither had fallen to 5-4 and 4-5 when the flex deadline came.

- That the markets are #2 Los Angeles and #3 Chicago is a big reason for there not being a flex.

- Fox and CBS can protect games. Texans at Ravens is by far the best of the early slate for CBS on a doubleheader day. It is possible CBS put a hold on this one.

- This is the big thing about Sunday Night Football flex games. Changes aren't just made because one game is better than another game. Changes are made because not only is one game better than another game, the inferior game is also terrible with two awful teams or a total mismatch like an 8-1 team hosting a 2-7 team. In this case Texans at Ravens is superior, but Bears at Rams isn't awful. The Rams have a winning record and the Bears are one flipped result away from a winning record. Both are still in the wildcard race. The other game is better, but this one is not a disaster and therefore isn't worthy of being flexed out on the basis of being too poor a matchup.

Let see what happens to Myles Garrett in some circles he will be vilified and banned from the league in other circles from smacking that Trump MAGA upside his head.
In the real world he should be suspended 4 to 6 games and Mason 2 and the Steelers oline one a piece

But in this world Myles is probably getting the rest of the season and some of next season and leave it to others he might never step on the football field again and should go to jail asap

When did fox get the Thursday night games?

Anyways I’m all about football being violent but that’s not a good scene. Garrett never should have even taken mason to the ground the ball was long gone and he knew that. Him taking mason down was him just fucking with him and trying to intimidate him. Mason pulling on Garrett’s helmet was a bad response and Garrett pulling masons helmet off was bad news but swinging it at a person without a helmet on is really bad news.

Technically I’m a browns fan even if I don’t really watch but that is a really bad look.

I am going to guess Garrett gets  a total of16 games, Mason 1, Pouncey  2,  other Browns LB 1.

Arizona's offense is superior to SF's in every way. The Niners can no longer run the ball or stop the run and they have no talent at all at the WR posistion except for Emanuel Sanders and he has a hurt rib. The Niners D can't stop anyone anymore. The Cards should win this game easily.

As if the Niners didn't have enough problems, the corrupt refs are raping them on basically every play. Several holding calls against AZ go uncalled, but a Niner TD pass just before the end of the half was called back after a bogus holding call. They had to settle for FG.

Jimmy Garoppolo is fucking horrible. A worthless fucking turnover machine. Now we all know why Bill Belichick gave him away for nothing. The obviously biased refs, calling bullshit holding penalties on every other play against SF doesn't help much either.

Thank you Jeff Wilson jr. He played one down in the whole game and caught the game winning TD. Niners still in BIG trouble moving forward though.
