I'm looking for footage of Brazilian pro-wrestling from before the year 1970 that is known to exist, so far though all I've come across is this and a few similar clips:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ge0fnE6uGGw

Does anyone out there know if there's anything else in circulation or is what I linked above all there is?

UPDATE: For those interested, after doing some extensive research I've discovered that the clips of Ted Boy Marino posted above weren't actually taken from Telecatch, they were in-fact taken from a feature-film he starred in called Dois Na Lona which was released in 1968, Telecatch ran until 1969 and it is acknowledged in the clips which is most likely where the confusion came from.

Also during my research, after viewing various documentary and news pieces on Marino, I've come to the conclusion that there is no actual pro-wrestling footage of him currently in circulation, every feature I've seen of him used the same Dois Na Lona clips as an example of him "in action", if there were anything else of him available surely it would have been dug-up by one of the producers of the documentaries/reports on him? That also says to me, because Marino was the biggest star on Telecatch, that there is no Telecatch footage in-general available either sadly.

I have however been told about some Brazilian newsreel clips that are certainly out there though so that's some good news at least. I've also come across a documentary on Brazilian pro-wrestling called Monstros Do Ringue. I haven't seen it yet myself but I have seen the trailer for it and can confirm there is some pre-1970 footage featured in it! Here is a link to the trailer, the footage I'm talking about starts at 0:23:

I don't know Portuguese, but the mix of classic era wrestlers and the modern Stars seem to be an attempt to reach multiple audiences. Is there any translation you can give to help make the trailer more understood?

I always thought almost every woman was full bush before 1970, so I'd be interested in pre-1970 Brazilian footage.

Pretty much the post I had planned to make.

Use the "CC" option to turn on the subtitles, then click on the settings wheel and you can use YouTube's translation function to translate it into English.

It's 80% nonsense, but you might get something from it, even if it's just a giggle.

Oh I didn't know you could do that, I'll give that a go and see if anything interesting comes up, if it does I'll post it here. Cheers!
