I had watched the first two seasons of Ozark but my fiancé hadn’t so we started over last week. Since all 5 kids were at our ex’s all weekend we’re already into season 3. Kinda fun rewatching and seeing things unfold and noticing things I didn’t the first time through.

What's it on?  I don't subscribe to HBO, but I've always wanted to watch it.

It's on my plex shared channel.Ooooh, baby, what a shocker, now I am in season 2.

All the schlock B Movies that are on Amazon Prime. Literally hundreds. From the 30's to the 60's. Saw a lot of them but there are some I have never heard of.

Some examples are She (Who Must Be Obeyed) from the 30's. Bride of the Gorilla (50's with Raymond Burr as the ape)
Skidoo (60's with Groucho Marx as God and Jackie Gleason as an LSD freak)
Don't Worry We'll Think of a Title (60's with Morey Amsterdam and Rose Marie playing restaurant owners and Moe Howard alone without the Stooges as their lawyer.

Finished 3rd season of Ozark. That season was better than the other two. The first two were good, but they some of their subplots were okay.

The last season of Bosch came out and I'll start on it today.

Okay, saw the first season of Americans four years ago, but I never got around to seeing the second. Is that something worth binging?

About to finish Season 3 and it definitely gets better as you go along.  I'm not sure if the writing changed or my perceptions of the characters changed, but after you realize the kids aren't idiots and are just dryly sarcastic in the bet possible way it helps a lot.

Americans was one of my all time favorite shows.

I watched and enjoyed Oz but after the first season you pretty much have to realize this is nowhere near close to reality..in fact, the Walking Dead is more realistic than Oz became..

Yep. He played a low life alcoholic. He must have really beefed up his acting chops to accomplish that.

Agreed. But remember back when it started? It was must see TV for virtually everyone with a penis. It was all that was talked about at work on Mondays.

I remember it having a buzz online, but most people I knew never actually watched it. I binged the whole thing a few years after it ended. It wasn’t until The Sopranos that I remember everyone watching and basically subscribing to HBO just for that. Of course without Oz you might not have had The Sopranos. Not only was it the guinea pig for HBO to explore that type of show, but it also directly led to Edie Falco getting cast. People forget that they actually wrote her off of Oz so she could switch shows.

Season 3 of Ozark
Season 6 of Schitt's Creek
Season 10 of Curb

Also been watching the HD remaster of Baywatch on Amazon. They've taken out almost all of the music and some music based scenes have been removed completely (kinda like the WWE Network). The show is a gloriously terrible as it always was, but it looks fantastic. It's a fun show to watch compared to today when every good show is dark as shit. I had to stop at Season 7, though. As bad as 1-6 are, somehow 7 is just boring and unwatchable.

One thing I miss about the 80s and 90s shows is that it wasn't one big story and you could just enjoy one episode for what it was.
