Well, she married Dean Ambrose. So, we already knew about a loss of taste.

I don't get it. What's wrong with Moxley?

It's pretty obvious that Vince intentionally infected Renee Young just to get Jon Moxley quarantined and screw with AEW. This is how you win a ratings war.

PWInsider:

Yesterday, The Governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut announced they will be requiring all travelers coming from the State of Florida via flights to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in those States.

With WWE and AEW each taping in Orlando and Jacksonville, respectively, this could put talents and staff from the Northeast, especially with WWE headquartered in Stamford, CT, at risk of having to quarantine.

In AEW alone, MJF, Private Party, Santana and Ortiz are from the New York City area and would likely fall under the quarantine requirement if they flew out of Florida.

Technically, Vince McMahon would be required to quarantine if he flew into New York (where the WWE's private jet is usually parked) from Florida.

Other States falling under this edict currently are Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah and Texas.

Whether this leads to WWE and AEW talents and staff having to fly in and out of a neighboring State, such as Pennsylvania, remains to be seen.

Dave Meltzer provides an update on Renee Young. She was really sick over the weekend and even lost her sense of taste at one point. Meltzer states he doesn’t know if she’s gotten that back yet.

So she was tested on her own Monday from her home in Vegas and got her result on Tuesday night. Moxley was tested and he’s negative.

AEW told Moxley to stay at a hotel but he said no cause even though hes negative he thinks he has it and doesn’t want to spread it. She had negative test when she tested with WWE last week but tested positive after.

pwinsider.com

WWE brought all talents and staff scheduled for this weekend's TV tapings to Orlando yesterday in order to go through a round of drive-through testing for COVID-19 this morning.

Those brought in would wrestlers and staff who were not sent emails on Monday and Tuesday advising them to get themselves tested due to a newly discovered COVID-19 posititve test result. PWInsider.com is also told that anyone who tested negative for COVID-19 earlier this this week will also get tested again today at the PC. If they are not tested again today, they will not cleared to work the TV tapings. Once WWE gets the test results, they will adjust their taping plans according.

WWE is scheduled to tape TV on Friday and Saturday.

Obviously, any talents and staff who have reported a positive COVID-19 test are obviously being ordered to remain at home and will not be at the PC this weekend.

They really should’ve taken a 3-month hiatus after WM. It would’ve done them wonders in freshening up the talent, getting a cohesive game plan for booking going forward, and having “absence make the heart grow fonder” when it comes to fans and ratings. I know USA and FOX never would’ve allowed it, but long-term over the length of these TV deals it would’ve been beneficial. Instead we have unwatchable antiseptic shows being watched by no one and huge turn-overs in the writing staff with some of the biggest stars refusing to go to work.

WWE has given up on trying to get a new Smackdown on the air tomorrow and will now just air an Undertaker clip show on the heels of his retirement announcement. They promised to show the boneyard match, although it remains to be seen how much of it will air. At almost 40 minutes, that alone would cover almost half the show.

WWE is, as of this morning, slated to move forward with taping TV today for tonight's Smackdown and this Monday's episode of Raw. The plan is to start taping at 12 PM EST. They will also tape tomorrow at the WWE Performance Center.

The tapings are taking place despite the company continuing to receive positive COVID-19 test results. We are told the number has risen since yesterday and there is concern about everyone at every level of the company who was at the PC.

One conversation among WWE wrestlers over the last few days is disbelief towards those in the locker room who have been out socially at bars and gatherings and posting on social media in the wake of everything that has gone on since the company began informing them of COVID-19 positives.

Strange that 4 names have come out, and none of the them are in-ring performers.

Apparently some guy called "The Ultimate Pusher" Tyreke who is a manager in MLW (never heard of him) was one of the friends and family in the audience and he has tested positive. He seems to be a crackpot on his Twitter, though. He's pleading with Renee Young and Triple H to get in touch with him. Apart from vague references to him being the manager of Logan Creed in MLW, I can find nothing about this guy with Google that isn't connected to this Covid test. I think he might be an attention seeker o just plain crazy.
