We're off to Tennessee for what appears to be Impact's 16th offering of 'Slammiversary' and also appears to be high potential for a total clusterfuck.

Seven matches on the show. Your challenge is to pick the winners.

Adding to the challenge is that the card isn't fully complete yet. There are ?/TBA participants. You can select '?/TBA' participants if you would like. The usual standard rule of 'a match being changed on the fly=scrap it'  is waived for this show. Basically you have 'to be announced participants' and WWE just released a bunch of people.

7 points for your best pick, six for the next, five, four, three, etc

Good luck with this one, I mean, good luck to all participants

Ace Austin vs. Eddie Edwards vs. Trey vs. ? / TBA

Fatal Four Way match for the vacant Impact World Championship

Jordynne Grace (c) vs. Deonna Purrazzo

Impact Knockouts Championship

Willie Mack (c) vs. Chris Bey

Impact X Division Championship

Alisha Edwards vs. Havok vs. Kiera Hogan vs. Kimber Lee vs. Kylie Rae vs. Nevaeh vs. Madison Rayne vs. Rosemary vs. Susie vs. Tasha Steelz vs. Taya Valkyrie

Gauntlet for the Gold match to determine the #1 contender for the Impact Knockouts Championship

The North (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander) (c) vs. Ken Shamrock and Sami Callihan

Tag team match for the Impact Tag Team Championship

Moose (c) vs. Tommy Dreamer

Old School Rules match for the (unsanctioned) TNA World Heavyweight Championship

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier) vs. ?/TBA

I think I'll respectfully pass on this clusterfuck.

Damn, Deonna Purrazzo gets cut from NXT because she doesn't want to get COVID, and her first match out is for the strap? Wow, good for her.

I think that TBA is going to win the Impact title. And while a lot of people are looking at WWE guys showing up, I have a feeling that Moose will be the TBA with the TNA belt and he will "unify" them and this will somehow bring back the TNA name.

What my strategy would be

Wait til Saturday. get as much 'last minute speculation' before making picks.

'Last minutes entries typically do well bc the promotion wants the 'surprise' to be a positive

I wouldn't assign high point values to the matches with 3 or 4 entries. Too much potential variance.

The funny part is -  I made picks on the WWE PPV, even though I follow Impact more than WWE. It's just that with covid19 and all the other shit going on at Impact, I have no fucking idea where they're going storyline or talent wise.

It's ok. Neither do they.

So far the Motor City Machine Guns and Heath Slater have been surprises.

Eric Young was the surprise entrant in the main event, along with Rich the Swann who was only returning from injury and wasn’t exactly a big shocker.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson ran in after the main event.

The show ends with a video message from EC3 to round out the night of surprises.
