Has anybody ever read or heard of this in the link below? According to testimony at the trial of this drug dealer the government alleged that Gino Hernandez was to take over the business of this drug dealer but it didn't happen due to his untimely death. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F2/972/643/177822/

Or Gino could have died from a bad dose of cocaine. For the most part I don't believe in conspiracy stories. I have read original stories and reports of Gino's death and the description of how he was found didn't seem like murder.

Yeah, Gino somehow was going to "inherit" this guy's business, which put a target on his back. Royal actually gave the eulogy at Gino's funeral.

Not really a conspiracy theory when its the prosecution who was alleging at this guy's trial that Hernandez was going to run his business.

Yeah but there is no real proof he was murdered. I watched that dark side of the ring thing and they talk about how he may have been murdered and then at the end they say that's it's likely he just did too much cocaine and booze one night and his mother who thinks he has been murdered for years breathes a sigh of relief because it's probably true. What a waste of time. lol

I thought I remembered hearing about Gino in a cocaine psychosis. I am not sure that would be the best mind to take on the role of a major dealer. Most major dealers do not use it.

You can consume cocaine. A cocaine abuser like Gino would likely know that. Who knows what he would do when he was alone. He reportedly had big bowls of it. And a lot of that stuff would cause paranoia and other things.
