I'm not disagreeing about change, it's happening and it's not a bad thing in the ways you described it above, but when everyone changes all at once it's noticeable to the point of being ridiculous. Jamal, Julio, Yan, Lei, Yuri, Pierre, Pavarti, & Jim are ally equally represented these days.

There is a billboard not too far from where I live that shows a white guy with a black lady & some type of Asian kid as if it were some type of family structure. Ad is either for life or auto insurance. When I look at demographics of my town it’s 90.5% white, 3.9% black & 3.1% Asian. I don’t think it’s representation that people complain about it’s over representation to the point of absurdity. If that type of family really lives anywhere near me I’d like to meet them
