I have a hard time finding actual stats for this game, but in Derrick Thomas final game before his death, the Kansas City Chiefs blew a 17-0 lead and lost 41-38 (OT) against the Oakland Raiders in the 1999 season finale to miss the playoffs. I remember DT committing a lot of costly penalties in this game to give Oakland the comeback win.
