The last league to add to it's regular season schedule was the NHL back in 1992, going from 80 to 84 games. With game #17 being an out of conference game and potentially eventually one 'overseas' - do you think we will see 'load management' in the NFL?

It's entirely dependent on how big a cushion one team has in the standings to make the playoffs, which is kinda how the last week or two go now. So no, I don't see it being feasible with such a tight window of games, and the need to finish not just at the top of the division, but the Conference as well.

I want no sidelined players; I'm dreaming of the day when the playing field has three 100-yard intersecting gridirons and rosters of three teams are all out there, your defense combative with two offenses at once. It will be renamed as NFL Hexa-Go-Go.
