The numbers are without the runner starting on second, a 27% chance of scoring that half-inning With the inning opening and the runner on the second, it jumps to 60% probability of a score that half-inning.

Bad idea. How will this affect the pitcher's ERA if the runner from 2nd scores? Does it count against the pitcher's ERA or is the runner considered "inherited" and won't count against the pitcher's ERA?
