Kicks off TONIGHT with Green Bay At Dallas.

The homo love for Tony Romo meets the homo love for Bret Favre with the winner having the inside track on NFC homefield advantage.

I don't know how much more of Bryant Gumble I can take. I lost count how many times he messe up by saying Packers instead of Cowboys and he also said that Marion Barber was the heart and soul of the Packers offense...TWICE! I wonder if the guy actually watches football at all. I like Chris Collinsworth, but Gumble has got to go.

I thought Pack would win behind Favor's moxie. Without him, GB is DONE. Dallas looks like the real deal. Too bad they've already proven themselves to be NE's whipping (Cow)boys. If it's a Super Bowl rematch, what a snoozer.

I thought Green Bay looked better with Rodgers in there. Favre seemed to be pressing a bit when they got behind and was trying to win the game with 1 play. Insert Rodgers, dumb down the offense, and BAM, 2 TDs, 3 point game.

TO tried to give the game away with another case of the dropsies. Dallas' weakness continues to be the secondary and specifically Jacques Reeves. It is very important that the Dallas CBs can play man to man so that Roy Williams can stay around the LOS and headhunt. That is Dallas' strength.

They have been sitting Williams on some plays because of his poor cover skills and he took it out on the GB RB last night. Dude is gonna kill someone if they keep sitting him. He is a monster.

In the run game Williams is. As a cover safety, he might be the worst in the entire league.

They'd be better off moving him to LB.

Dude you've got Owens, and I've seen your teams.  Next year, IF I play, I would kindly appreciate your advice pre-draft.

I traded Marian Barber III for him.  I had nice RB depth (Peterson, Jones-Drew, and R. Bush).

How many people play FF?  Maybe we could start a fantasy football advice thread.

We actually TRIED to give the game away (going for it on 4th down, TO's drop) and STILL won.

Some interesting games this weekend. New York At Chicago has major playoff implications (Bears gotta win them all!) as does Seattle At Philly (birds gotta win them all also at this point)

New Orleans and Tampa Bay is a sleeper game on the schedule that I believe will be played with playoff like intensity.

The Jags head to Indy for round #2 vs the Colts. Cincy is in Pittsburgh , the Chargers are in KC and Monday night has the patriots looking to extend their winning streal to 12-0 when they travel to Baltimore.

Come on now - you know full well that if Roy Wililams played on your team ( the Giants if I remember correctly ) you would be arguing that he is amongst the most dominant defensive players in the league and a sure HOFer while proudly wearing his # 21 jersey. Just so you know - Roy Williams is widely regarded as one of the hardest hitters in the game by other NFL players. His coverage is definately suspect at times but he is still a a major part of the Cowboy defense or as I like to call them - this year's future Super Bowl Champions

I agree Bob, come on KK. I really have no problem with the horse collar tackle. If the injury would have never happened, it  would not be an issue. I think these lame ass CBs who throw themselves at WR's knees instead of wrapping up and making an actual tackle are far more of a problem.

Good Lord. Westbrook runs a punt deep into Seattle territory with 1;20 putting the Birds in position to steal one. The Philly Choke factor comes into play.

Someone should have told Buffalo they were supposed to lay down for the Redskins and their dedication to Sean taylor. Bills win.

Dolphins could very well  be looking at 0-16. The Jets roll them up.

The Bears have the early lead on the Giants.

this was the Eli in 05, who would fuck up the whole game, then in the fourth quarter become a killer, good win for the Giants, but they need a big play receiver
