I'm torn between these two:

5/14/65 Buffalo, MN
The Crusher vs Harley Race
Reggie Parks vs Larry Hennig
Rene Goulet vs Chris Markoff
Mars Monroe vs Annette Palmer

5/14/69 Grand Forks, ND
Mad Dog Vachon & Butcher Vachon vs Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons
Lars Anderson vs. Pampero Firpo
Rene Goulet vs Larry Hennig

That's some golden age old-timey AWA goodness.

I'll take 5/14/73  because I wanna see fat Ric Flair, a midget match, and the strangely intersting six man. Bockwinkle, Stevens and Graham to me is just an entertainment fest waiting to happen.

71 Winnipeg to see the Kiniski-Kobyashi match.

The tag match is a good one too.

The tag match draws most of the fans including me, but the undercard bout of Hayes vs Big K intrigues me... and a Kiniski appearance is the gravy.

Good catch. I have a feeling that result is incorrect.

Patera & Blackwell as the Sheiks were tag partners at the time. Looking at the results from that time period, I think Wahoo McDaniel probably wrestled one of them in that match.

A good choice for the Gagne-Orton match as I have heard these two had some really, really good bouts around the horn.

My personal choice is this one, just to see the Main Event:

5/14/71 Denver, CO @ Auditorium Arena
The Crusher beat Mad Dog Vachon
Blackjack Lanza beat Sailor Art Thomas dq
Bull Bullinski beat Nick Bockwinkel on a 3rd fall dq
Joe Scarpello beat Bill Christy
Bobby Heenan beat Kenny Jay

..and a note about this card:

5/14/81 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada @ Arena
Mad Dog Vachon & Baron Von Raschke beat Jerry Blackwell & John Studd
Greg Gagne & Jim Brunzell beat Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens
Tito Santana no contest Sheik Adnan
Brad Rheingans beat Jesse Ventura
Adrian Adonis beat Curt Hennig
Buck Zumhofe beat Rick Hunter
Att: 3,144

the three bolded matches all made video, and are all very good. The Gagne/Brunzell vs. Stevens/Bock bout was a #1 contenders match with the winner to face Ventura and Adonis at the next card. Tremendous old-school tag bout, one of my favourites. Tito-Adnan was in the wake of Sheik attacking Tito on TV with his sword and was a good violent clash. Vachon-Raschke vs. Blackwell/Studd was interesting because at that point Vachon was already "crippled" and out of the AWA as per the attack of Blackwell and Studd in a tag match in Minneapolis in January (available on the 24/7 John Studd HOF Bio). They ran the angle a little differently in Winnipeg, obviously. Ah, kayfabe!

I imagine Adonis vs. Hennig, though not available on tape at this point, would have been tons of fun too. Rheingans was a rookie having debuted in January of 81 (more or less), so beating Jesse would have been a HUGE upset. Hell, even Rick Hunter vs. Zumhofe would ahve been fun as I like Hunter's AWA "competitive job-guy" role a lot.

So I guess I actually choose this one for the whole body of work, but seeing a Vachon-Crusher match is too tempting not to pick just to say I saw one.
