Saw this on another board.  Don't know if it's legit.

Poorly translated version:

One week ago, the sport newspaper Record informed that WWE followed interested in Mystic, also publishing that Vince McMahon in person would come to obtain that it signed for his company. We did not think about giving pursuit to that note because it seemed absurd that McMahon could come, and indeed did not come, but Tony Garea and Dean Malenko did, WWE agents. Until the past Saturday, Garea and Malenko maintained talks with Alpaca Alonso Lutteroth, arriving to an agreement that allowed to tell them on the rights of Mystic (for mercadotecnica) in addition to its services like fighter. The agreement occurred to know until the night yesterday, when the means were summoned to an unexpected press conference where Mystical it signed the contract with the powerful American company. Between the remarkable points of the agreement, we emphasized the following ones: The contract of WWE with Mystic is by five years the mask will make debut in the pitched one of Royal Rumble, but elenco will not enter any, because it will be integrated to Ohio Valley Wrestling by space of 6 months () When he is ready, will at least be part of elenco of Smackdown! (it was not confirmed, but Garea gave to understand that by then, distant King Mysterio fungiría as his to manager) CMLL will send five fighters to the year to participate in special functions. First they will be the National Champions of Thirds: Flying Jr, the Asylum and Shade, who would expose the belts within the ECW program. Malenko, to the being interrogated by other elements that could interest to him, mentioned to Last Guerrero, Blue Panther, Atlantis and the Mask. Garea said gnawing: "I don't know. Maybe Son of Santo ", causing the laughter of the presents. WWE will send to the CMLL at least three fighters to the year who would work on and off short. Although many companions of means asked for names like Batiste, Undertaker and John Supper, Garea aimed that it is difficult that elements could come from that stature due to the tightened thing of their programmings, but that is safe that for the month of January we have here to Carlito. Malenko added that a "Champion versus Champion" between Two Faces Jr and MVP in the Mexico Sand would be good (this although MVP is national monarch of their country, and Two Faces is world-wide). The last fight of Mystic with the CMLL will be Friday 25 of January in the Mexico Sand. One hopes that it exposes the World-wide Championship of Weight Welter CMLL, and two days later it will be making his debut in WWE. The lamentable thing of the case was the little affluence of press that was. The Department of Press of the CMLL, commanded by Sandra Seeded, hardly informed on the conference two hours before it is made of improvised way in the lobby of the Mexico Sand. It was not present Alonso Alpaca, and Panic in its place signed the agreement. Mystic was flanked at any moment by the Asylum and Rocket Jr, that declared to be in favor happy of their companion. In the next hours, more information of this impressive news.

Original:

Garea dijo bromando: “I don’t know.

Word of caution: December 28th is kind of the April Fool's Day of Mexico. Every year the wrestling boards/magazines start some silly rumor to try to trick people.

Yeah I kinda doubt this is true, largely because I doubt if WWE got Mistico he'd be sent to OVW.  Also highly doubt that WWE would do a six man tag title since they don't even know what to do with regular tags.

I don't believe the WWE in any of its previous incarnations ever had a six-man title. One of the few things you could give them credit for over the years was having kept titles meaningful and to a minimum. A world belt, a tag team belt, and a secondary belt. Very simple.
