I *think* Philly got better. Lost Dawkins. Picked up the infamous "offensive weapons" that McNabb has rumored to have wanted.

Giants-better defensively.  Got Osi back.  Picked up Canty, Bernard and Boley and also drafted Clint Simtim.  Offensively?  They are worse off without Plax until I see differently.
Losing Steve Spagnalo is not good either.  He is probably the best Dcoordinator the past two seasons.  We'll see how Bill Sheridan does in his place.  I know nothing about him.

Vikings lost Matt Birk and some bodies on defense.  Did get a potential reciever in Percy "Up in Smoke" Harvin.  QB situation isn't any better.  I say we get worse.

Bears improved at QB by trading for Jay Cutler. Still have no wide receivers. Forte is a solid running back. Defense is aging. Pass rush is suspect.

8-8 give or take a game.

Bucs are worse, and are in a rebuilding phase.

Merriman isn't suspended/injured, Gates and LT are both reported to be more healthy than at this time last year the team seems to have much love for Darren Sproles in an expanded role.  Other than that, the biggest deals were that we lost Igor Olshansky from the D-line, cut LB Matt Wilhelm, signed some serviceable players and pretty much stood pat otherwise.

Green Bay Packers- would have to say they got worse, I think they'll struggle early defensively. They're introducing the 3-4 this year with new D coordinator Dom Capers and it'll be a learning process. On offense they need a healthy and productive year from Ryan Grant this year to get the running game going, Greg Jennings to continue and improve his stats from last year, and Aaron Rodgers to stay healthy and not be asked to watch the D give up the lead at the end of the game like the previous season.

Im a huge Eagles fan and I like to think we got better......but we might want to sign our frigging receiver we drafted for him to do us any good.

Probably got a little worse on the field, but better in the locker room. BTW, my team is the Titans and we lost Albert Haynesworth.

Niners re-signed Alex Smith  at a lower salary (2 million instead of 8 million). They should have of just relased him. If he ever finds playing time the Niners got worse.

For all the bullshit that TO brought with him, we'll never replace his production on the field. Not with Roy Williams.

That's exactly why I think Wade Phillips gets canned this year.
