Wow, how bad does the "security" team look on that? Literally about 30 guys coming rushing to his aid, but how the hell do they let that happen in the first place? That's brutal.

Assuming its not a work, nice to see civilization hasn't progressed past 1986 in Puerto Rico.

Good job by Gonzalez to get Del Rio away from the fan without ever breaking kayfabe.

Also interesting to see WWE let Del Rio meet his obligation to WWC but not to AAA.

I did see that.  He was out of the ring in a second to take control.

Alberto del Rio gave his first interview to Mexican media since he went back to the WWE today to Felix Zapata from Reforma and he said that WWE had originally allowed him to work the Guerra de Titanes show on 12/4 which was the original date but when they cancelled the show, he said that WWE pulled the offer and Alberto blames the disorganization of AAA for why he wasn't able to lose his title in the ring thus being vacated. Alberto said that it is shameful that he wasn't allowed to go out gracefully in his country because of AAA's disorganization and that he wanted his fans to know what the real situation was.

I definitely believe that.  AAA has always been a mess operationally, and WWE has been very good (at least in recent years) about letting talent fulfill their contractual obligations as long as they don't conflict with WWE TV.  They laet Daniel Bryan wrestle a good dozen matches on the indy circuit after they abruptly brought him back so as not to screw over those companies that had sold tickets based primarily on Bryan being there.
