Volusia County jail records show that Hardy was booked into the jail at 12:45am, on charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years. Hardy received a surety cash bond of $3,500 – $500 for the license charges, and $2500 for the DUI. He is currently still incarcerated at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Hardy is scheduled to appear in front of a judge for his first hearing tomorrow, June 14 at 1:30pm. The license charges are second degree misdemeanors, while the DUI is a third degree felony. It’s interesting to note that the arrest date on the court website is listed as 9:55am today, while the jail website has the booking time as 12:45. However, our local source noted that the offense happened “last night” or Sunday night. Hardy is scheduled to compete in the Triple Threat Ladder Match with brother Matt Hardy, The Young Bucks and AEW World Tag Team Champions Jurassic Express at Wednesday’s Road Rager edition of AEW Dynamite near St. Louis. I really hope this is his last last chance. AEW doesn't need this headache and he seems to have a knack for fucking up right before or during big matches in particular. He hit the hat trick here: Wrestlemania match canceled last minute in WWE, PPV main event ruined in Impact, biggest Dynamite match during comeback tour in AEW. If he's physically able to compete on Wednesday, I'd have him do the job and get rid of him right after. If not, I'd bury him on TV and publicly fire him, even though I know they won't do that. But you need to set an example to all the younger, less-paid stars on the roster.

Can't really do the job in a three-way tag team ladder match. And they really can't have him working a ladder match now. In all honesty, the match will be better without the Hardys.

WWE isn't taking him back until they induct the Hardys in the HOF. I doubt he'll ever wrestle for them again. They have too much to lose and nothing to gain now that they're in maximize profit and sell mode.

Well he's about to turn 45 so even under the best of circumstances he's about to lose wrestling from his life, and these aren't the best of circumstances. He needs to come up with a plan in a hurry to keep him occupied. He has his music and his art and a minor career in those areas just based on name recognition (he just played a gig at the Whisky when AEW was in L.A.) so he better throw himself into that.

You can see it on his face with the mugshot. They didn't say he was high, they just said it was his third arrest in less than 10 years for DUI/DWI with drugs or alcohol. But hey, maybe he's high AND drunk and if that's the case I really feel badly for him. But from what I've seen and read, he was working on his best behavior in both WWE and AEW other than the night he left through the crowd and got fired for it.

Matt Hardy and Christian have been pals for so many years and I think they want to move toward that matchup by eventually turning Christian. Taking Jeff out of the equation is an easy way to achieve this goal. A ladder match on the schedule every month looks to me like overkill and cancelling this week's match is an easy way to just move on to other things. The Bucks and Jurassic Express can still go through with it, but the match was neither team's idea.

It’s a shame because Jurassic Express beating both the Hardys and the Bucks in a TLC match may have given them the rub they needed, and now it seems ruined. Of course, no guarantee they were going to book it that way anyway, but I assumed they would.

Having another set of if tag titles doesn't help that either, in my opinion. And they keep talking about FTR as the best or maybe the best team in the world (which is true), they put over the guys with Ospreay as arguably the best in the world. It's almost like they forget Jurassic Express exists sometimes.
