The Sirius channel is called Outlaw Country.  The first shocker was hearing "Don't Mess With A Country Boy".   Then after the song is finished,  Hillbilly Jim is hosting and talking about various country acts.

This guy's career has amazed, seriously.  He seems to always find opportunities to make some cash.  His wrestling was hardly anything at all, but he sure reaped the benefits from it.

I'm just surprised he's not in the WWE HOF yet.  Koko B. Ware gets in before Hillbilly Jim?  Jim's been working in that company for almost 25 years now.

Yes, he did work in the video department and was eventually appointed to some type of managerial position.  The guy must have some brains.

If you ever had the cahnce to meet him, his personality is infectious. A few years ago, WWE was running a SmackDown show around the time of WrestleMania in Philly. I took my young son down there with me to the Fan Access where he was hosting the event. My son fell in love with him and would not let me leave until he could give him a hug goodbye. Jim was more than happy to oblige. Hillbilly Jim is what is good about this industry in my opinion.

I question I always had about Jim and all these other guys like Dusty Rhodes, Micheal Hayes, Jim Ross, the creative writers, etc, do they get the company benefits like medical, dental, 401(k), etc?
What about all the guys that work as road agents?

i'm sure that all of those guys have insurance, 401k, etc.  alot of these guys are considered management and are above the " performers" in the corporate structure.
