I've mentioned a few times that I've been reworking some Flair stuff. I doubted that I would be inspired enough to actually do something with them, but I've turned them into a low-rent website. If anyone's curious, http://www.geocities.com/silversalmon1984/index.html

I fixed Kenora. Thanks for the compliments. I was comparing results from Steve Helwagen's original record book to what we know now. Thanks to clipcorner and Claw sending me the results, the difference is amazing. In 1976, for example, Helwagen knew of 68 matches. Today, we have 236.

I also hyped the site on KM today. A guy asked a question about Ric teaming with Tully. So I provided a link to your site instead of listing a bunch of cards.

I havent been around much, but I am glad i stopped in and seen this. Very nice site. You know already you can take any adds and results from my site for yours. I will dig up a bunch of old adds i have for 1972 thru 1975. A few years back I gathered every add and clipping for those years for all the cities I reearched wether Billy Graham was on the card or not. It was my way of eliminating cities for his appearances also. I will scan alot up that mention flair and pass them on.

Funny thing though is I continued to root for Nelson and soon was rooting for all of the bad guys that started coming in soon after like the Super Destroyer (Don Jardine).

You are welcome Hammer. Here are two more dates in which Johnny Weaver met Ric Flair at house shows in 1974. I just have passed these along to clipcorner. I checked the Florence newspaper in the online archives but came up empty handed on an ad or article. It appears there are some missing pages on that site though. September 7, 1974 (Saturday) Florence, SC Ric Flair & Rip Hawk lost to Johnny Weaver & Tiger Conway Jr. (non-title match) October 24,1974 (Thursday) Newton Grove, NC Ric Flair & Rip Hawk lose by DQ against Johnny Weaver & Tiger Conway Jr. Hey gwlee7, I was hoping that when Art Nelson returned that he and Johnny were going after the Mid-Atlantic tag belts that Ric and Rip had just won. It was not to be.
