08/01/55 Ithaca, NY Lou Thesz draw Pat O’Connor in a 2 of 3 falls match

The newspaper report is a bit confusing, but this appears to actually be a win for Thesz by count out.

O'Connor took the first pin in 14 minutes. Thesz took the second pin at 22 minutes.

"Lou Thesz threw O'Connor out of the ring after about 30 minutes of their one-hour limit bout, and the bout was called a draw before O'Connor could get back in. Thesz dropkicked O'Connor away from the ropes twice after tossing him out, and O'Connor appeared to have injured himself slighty in the course of it"

Results from the August 2, 1955 Ithaca Journal

10/29/41 Atlanta, GA Louis Thesz beat Rudy Strongberg

This is not correct. The match did not happen at all.

October 28, 1941 Atlanta Constitution

LOUIS THESZ HURT, Mat Show is Off

"An injury to Louis Thesz, former world's heavyweight wrestling champion, has resulted in the cancellation of Wednesday night's scheduled program at Warren Arena.

Promoter Abe Simon, in announcing that Thesz suffered cracked ribs in an automobile accident, rather than bring in a substitute for Thesz, which he could do, he would call off the show"

--------------------------------------------------

(It appears that Thesz took a week off, he did not wrestle again until the following Wednesday, November 5th in St Louis)
