I am going through it right now with the Yankees. There is nothing I am excited about.
Absolutely clueless ownership

Bad GM from a draft perspective

Bad GM from a player development perspective

Bad GM from a control of team perspective

Old roster preventing kids from playing

Old roster with many shot players

Prospects buried in minors due to front office/ownership issues

Most overpriced stadium in the nation

Ownership only focused on revenue, not winning

There is simply nothing about this team that I like.  Yes, they are my favorite team, but they suck balls.

For comparison, at least the Atlanta Braves have a plan. I get what they are trying to do even if I disagree with trading Kimbrel.

I have disliked Michigan football the past few years since it became apparent they were a bad program with an idiot at AD and a clueless coach. That has been remedied.

So, who else has hated their favorite team at some point and for what reason?

The Leafs for pretty much obvious reasons.

It is weird I both hate and love some of my teams. Meaning I dislike so many things about the direction they are moving yet I still root for them unabashedly. The Raiders, The Saints, The Mets, and the Knicks fit. I grumble and bitch but I won't ever turn on them.

The fact that it looks like Stan Bowman (GM, Blackhawks) and Joel Quenneville (Coach, Blackhawks) are on completely different pages when it comes to players they acquire and how to use them.

Some of the lineup decisions make it look like Q is pissing in the direction of Bowman. It's maddening and it has hurt the team and how it's constructed this season especially a lot.

Also I hate that the rise to prominence of the Blackhawks was combined with a gigantic marketing campaign to get the team back into the spotlight. I get that it was necessary since the team was in the shitter forever, but it seems to have changed the dynamic of the fans that actually go to the games to one where the loud, knowledgeable fans are just not there anymore. Some of us call the current crop of fans "Tenners", meaning they've been lifelong fans since 2010 and don't know offside from icing. But, it had to go like that from a marketing standpoint so I'm torn.

It's harder and more noticeable to someone like me that's been following the team since 1978, of course, but the morphing of the fanbase to one "just like everyone elses" has taken some of the uniqueness off of the stamp that the Hawks used to leave on me every time I watched them.

I was prepared to never watch the Patriots and football ever again when Kearse made that crazy catch in the Super Bowl, since that would have been 3 losses in a row in the big game for the Pats... I am glad it turned out different.

There were many years I hated the Bruins and Red Sox (even lately when Valentine coached the Sox)but after taking some time off, I end up missing the games and come back as a viewer and supporter.

Haven't had a team since the '86 Saints.  Even as a 16 year old, it seemed they were always going to make bad personnel choices so I said 'Fucj it'

I suppose, but Yankee Stadium really takes the cake.  $13 standard domestic beers, versus $10 on the high end at others.

Really you should go to Rogers Center formerly Skydome. It's bad enough the stadium was built $400 million over budget using 100% of taxpayer money back in 1989 when Camden Yards in Baltimore was built for $150 million four years later. You wanna bitch about beer prices. Rogers Center charges $9 dollars for domestic and $11 for import for a 20 ounce plastic cup. Even worse they consider Budweiser domestic and yet premium Canadian beer is considered import and cost more. Don't even get me started on the food. At least New York is a world class city. Toronto just thinks it is.

I've only been to "The Skydome" once, in 1993 for a Jays-Twins doubleheader sometime in June or July.  I thought it was a great facility at the time, but that was before I'd been to all of these retro parks.

If the Cowboys win a Super Bowl before Jerry dies, there will definitely be mixed feelings seeing that buffoon take credit for it (although Stephen and Will McClay pretty much run things on the player personnel side now).

Really explain what makes Cubs fans so stupid other than supporting a losing team.  No fans are dumber than Leaf fans and media.

Because in the midwest, just like leaf fans in GTA, they truly believe they can win the world series each year even when the team is comprised of mostly also rans. I can't account for the media aspect since I'm in KC and not Chicago and it's been 17 years since I lived in Toronto, so I'm assuming it's gotten worse since I left with the leafs coverage.
