Did my draft the other night. I am only in one league now and it's a league we started as a joke to help my buddy's father in-law and brother-in-law reconnect, but has turned more serious in the past 5 years.  Unlike my old (normal) league, this one had things occur in the first round that would not happen in a real FFL league-such as 3 (THREE!) Qb's going in the 1st!  To my surprise, I had Marshawn Lynch waiting for me in the 10th pick, end of the 1st round, which I never expected. I did about 15 Mock Drafts (http://www.fantasypros.com-a little tip for you guys!) and Lynch was always a top 5 pick. I then took Gronk with the 11th pick and now my entire draft was fucked up. In the mocks, I always took some combo of Gronk/Dez/Demarious/Julio/Beckham.  So I ended up with:

QB-Eli (9th round), Rivers (15th)
RB-Marshawn, Mark Ingram, Ameer Adullah (Lions), David Cobb (Tenn, will start), Ronnie  Hillman (if CJ Anderson gets hurt, he's the guy), Fred Jackson (cuff for Lynch)
WR-Brandin Cooks, Jeremy Maclin, Keenan Allen, Amori Cooper, Kendall Wright
TE-Gronk
Jets D
K=Justin Tucker (I'll have a new one when I have a bye, it's sacrelig to carry two)

I'm not particularly thrilled with my team, which means it will probably do well.

Perfect timing. I saw that Michael was traded to DAL and I'd rather take a flier on him as the upside is much higher anyway.

FWIW, I love Hyde this  year. He's a really good back. Just hope the teams don't stack the line because there's an idiot at QB.

One tip I have about Rivers from what I've observed over the past 10 years: He starts out hot, as in one of the top QB's in the league. By the end of October,  he's done.  Play him for a few weeks early and trade him in October.

Need some feedback.

I'm thinking of dealing Marshawn Lynch for Devonta Freeman. Am I completely nuts?

My team is 2-1-1 and would be 4-O if Lynch hadn't shit the bed the week I lost and tied.  The whole team is doing well but my RB's are Mark Ingram and nobody else.  I have Ronnie Hillman and Ameer Abdullah and they are not startable at the moment, along with Lynch's handcuff Thomas Rawls (who blew last night).

I see it as getting lightning in a bottle and maybe injuries have caught up to Lynch. He certainly hasn't done shit this year and I'd rather sell high than for nothing in two or three weeks.

Alternatively, I can deal Lynch, Charles Clay and Thomas Rawls for Gurley, Lesean McCoy and a D I'll drop.  I am more inclined to do this deal.

Thoughts?
