I don't know of any pure bloods who have been sick or even tested positive this entire summer.

Were you slightly confused when you typed this and thought it was a post you were going to write for Stormfront?

The term has been used for over a year by many of us who refused to get injected.  Some jokingly, some probably a little too seriously, but all in all it's a good psyop to use on the Covidians.   And don't worry, if I remember correctly you too are a pure blood.  There'll be no wooden syringes burned on your lawn.

Found out last night that my Mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and his wife all have the Coof.  There are also 2 kids living in the house but they tested negative.  So it got me curious about Taiwan's latest numbers.  I'm only posting their reported deaths, because the curve for "cases" is nearly identical.  Right now, cases have trending up for a couple weeks, and it appears the deaths are beginning to follow.

I post this because Taiwan is one of the most mask-happy places on earth.  We went to a couple Taiwan games at the Little League World Series three weeks ago and it was interesting to note that the Taiwanese who had accompanied the team from home were mostly all masked up, while the Taiwanese supporters who had come from out of town -- like NYC or the DC area -- were not.

They say that Japan is the most mask-compliant country on earth, with 95+% of people donning a mask when in public.  Has it helped them stave off the virus?

The answer is no.  If they worked there would be only the mildest of waves, because they would stop spread in its tracks.    But these facts haven't stopped certain people and places from pushing for their return.  Germany will surely institute another mask mandate this winter.  How fucking dense can one be to believe there is any efficacy in wearing masks?

I donated blood yesterday. Had to wear a mask (first time I wore once since last time I gave blood).About fifty or sixty people in the room.
After donating I walked over to a table in the same room, sat down with four other people, had a cup of tea and some chocolate, all maskless of course.
I don't know if people are completely immune to the absurdity of all this. I can see calls for masks again come winter, to give the illusion that people can 'protect' the health service.

I can kinda understand this scenario though. When you are giving blood, the phlebotomist is typically very close to you as they set up you for your donation (taking your temperature, checking the IV tubing, etc.) so I understand the masking then. When eating refreshments afterwards, you have more space between you and the other people. I would guess that the phlebotomists and other healthcare professionals were probably not close to the refreshments area either.

You're supposing that masks work in close quarters, when there's no evidence, from either studies or real-world experience, that they do.

COVID is still being very disruptive to schools and school districts in the DFW area regardless of whether people are becoming deathly ill like earlier variants.

I am not saying that schools should shut down again. I am just noting that one of the schools I support had 16 teachers/staff out at once recently. If you are too sick to come in, it’s a problem even if you aren’t gonna die. It’s still way more disruptive than any flu.

1. The phlebotomist got me my cup of tea. I should also mention that he picked up the tea bag with steel tongs.

2. You're assuming the masks work, as KGB said. I haven't seen evidence of it. And I do remember some 'experts' saying that the masks did less to prevent the newer strains from spreading, which made me raise my eyebrows...

Well, are they too sick to come in or are they not allowed to come in because they have covid, regsrdless of whether they are sick with it or not? There is a difference. Yes, it's way more disruptive than flu, mainly  because it seems to be much more transmissible than flu and we have spent 3 years talking about how lethal it supposedly is for EVERYONE.

OK. But I'm assuming if someone has covid and isn't sick they are still not supposed to attend work/school?
That's the case here anyway, and most places in Europe as far as I know.

Given that they're teachers, can we assume that all or most of them have been jabbed?

Edited to add to my knowledge.  I have been tested 12 - 15 times over the last 2 1/2 years when I have felt bad and been negative

That is correct but no one is really getting tested anymore around unless they are presenting symptoms.   That seems to be what is causing the huge outbreaks.  Some one passes it to some one who does experience symptoms without realizing it.
