You almost never go to jail. You're here in MO just like me and you have to get to at least 10k in arrears before the notion of jail is even broached. Then if you literally make a $10 payment to the arrears you're let off the hook. It's a simple game to play. I work with enough single moms whose ex's play the game and they see a fraction of what is court ordered. One of them now has a son who is @ 23. The father still has over 40k in back ordered support. He goes to court every couple month up in Buchanan County for violating his probation for nonpayment. They take the bond amount and apply it to the arrears....Then he starts all over again. The cycles just continues.
One of critical response Rn's is from Lawson. She has two sons, 22 and 18. The boys father took of and moved back in with his mother over near Hannibal. Had a min wage job and lived in her house, basically with her supporthing him. The courts could only attach against his "wages" so he was paying $300/month for the two boys. All this shit is easily accessible in casenet

This is exactly like rent deadbeats in many states. Someone can fall behind for 6 months, you begin eviction proceedings which take a couple more months, at the last minute they pay one month’s rent, and the clock resets and you have to start it all over again. We went from the days of debtor’s prison to coddling deadbeats who never have any intention of paying. It’s even worse with child support cases.

The Supreme Court decision is technically correct. Even RBG in moments of clarity admitted Roe was on tenuous legal ground. There it is.  It's the right of the individual not to have the state interfere with their private lives.
Roe v Wade was a compromise the other way to allow SOME regulation of abortion.

Incidentally, this is what happens when you let the Paedo Cult take over the state. Six Roman Catholic justices? Fucking hell. Bad enough to have ANY who believe in pixies but the cannibalistic terrorist-loving boyfucker flavour?

We both know that isn't it.  The better argument is the 9th Amendment that rights not specified in the Constitution belong to the people, not the federal government.

This abortion stuff is so confusing. What, what if Jesus's mother Mary had gotten an abortion? Oh dear I can't even imagine. But then I think, what if Hitler's mother got an abortion?? Uterus's are confusing and scare me.

If Hitler's mom got an abortion then I wouldn't exist because my grandfather met my grandmother in the England while serving during WWII, so everyone just leave baby Hitler alone.

Wait, so Hitler introduced your grandparents to each other?

Kerry beat Flair at Texas Stadium 1984 I think

I am shocked that companies or should I say people representing companies share their opinions on ‘Linked In’

There’s a reason there’s never a ‘Home Depot’ approves this candidate etc because it pisses off half of your customers

I’ll argue political stuff with you guys here but I gave up posting major political shit on social media a while back.   It’s not a good look and certainly would never do it on a  “professional” page.
