 Viper II is David Isley, long, long, long time jobber (to his day, in fact).  He's best known as one of The Thunderfoots.  Jobbed in the WWF a little, but was mainly in Mid-Atlantic and WCW.

Nightstalker was indeed Adam Bomb.  I've never heard of David Perry before, the guy was horrible so no surprise there.  Probably a local rookie who quit right after the UWF went under.
