Last week, a guy sent me 12 DVDs of mid 80s Crockett fan cams hoping that I could help put locations and dates to them.

I got lucky with the first show because a return date was mentioned by the ring announcer and I cross referenced that with Cornette's new book to track down the location.

JCP @ Roanoke, VA - Civic Center - March 9, 1986 (matinee)
NWA US Champion Magnum TA defeated Nikita Koloff (w/ Ivan Koloff) via disqualification at the 14-minute mark when Ivan interfered after the challenger sustained the belly to belly suplex; after the bout, the Koloffs double teamed Magnum and Nikita hit the Russian Sickle before Pez Whatley and Sam Houston made the save
NWA Tag Team Champions Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey defeated Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson in a Best 2 out of 3 falls match; fall #1: Eaton pinned Morton at the 11-minute mark with a kneedrop off the top to Morton's broken hand; fall #2: Gibson pinned Eaton with a sunset flip out of the corner at the 10-minute mark; fall #3: Eaton pinned Gibson at the 51-second mark after hitting him with Jim Cornette's tennis racquet after the challengers knocked an interfering Cornette to the floor with the double dropkick
NWA World Champion Ric Flair defeated Dusty Rhodes (w/ Baby Doll) via disqualification at the 19-minute mark when referee Earl Hebner caught Rhodes assaulting Flair with his own leg brace, which Flair had torn off him moments earlier; a TV cameraman was ringside for the match; after the bout, Rhodes hit Hebner with the weapon as well

Haven't been as lucky with some of these others.

Here's what I've gone through thus far. When it comes to 1986 results, my Crockett stuff isn't close to complete so if anyone can help put dates or locations to these, it would be a big help.

JCP @ ? - Spring 1986

Wahoo McDaniel defeated NWA National Heavyweight Champion Tully Blanchard via reverse decision at the 7:30 mark when - after McDaniel had been pinned following a knee to the back - the referee changed the call after realizing JJ Dillon held McDaniel's foot down during the cover; after the match, Jimmy Garvin jumped McDaniel and repeatedly hit him over the back with a steel chair as Blanchard easily fought off two wrestlers that tried to make the save; moments later, NWA US Champion Magnum TA came out and cleared the ring

NWA World Champion Ric Flair defeated Dusty Rhodes via disqualification at around the 18-minute mark; both Tommy Young and Earl Hebner served as referees for the match; Rhodes and Baby Doll initially thought Rhodes had won the title following a clothesline and Young crawling over - making three slaps to the mat as he did so - but Young then said he saw Rhodes throw Flair over the top rope moments earlier

NWA US Champion Magnum TA defeated Nikita Koloff in a steel cage match at 8:51; both men were counted down by the referee after colliding into the cage, with the referee then telling the ring announcer that the first man to reach his feet would be declared the winner

JCP @ ? - Spring 1986

Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson defeated NWA Tag Team Champions Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey in a non-title match when Gibson pinned Condrey with a sunset flip after Morton prevented a double team; Jim Cornette was suspended above the ring in a cage for the duration of the match

NWA US Champion Magnum TA defeated Nikita Koloff (w/ Ivan Koloff) via disqualification when Ivan broke the cover after Magnum hit the belly to belly suplex; after the match, the champion was double teamed, with Nikita eventually hitting the Russian Sickle and then bringing out a Russian chain until the Italian Stallion, Don Kernodle, and another wrestler came out to make the save and helped Magnum backstage

Dusty Rhodes (w/ Baby Doll) & Wahoo McDaniel defeated NWA Natoinal Heavyweight Champion Tully Blanchard & NWA TV Champion Arn Anderson in a No DQ, no time-limit match leather strap / Texas bullrope match when McDaniel pinned Anderson at 6:36 following a standing elbow from Rhodes; after the match, JJ Dillon interfered which allowed McDaniel to be double teamed until Rhodes cleared the ring with the bullrope

NWA World Champion Ric Flair pinned Ron Garvin in a steel cage match at 25:24 when Garvin's leg went out as he attempted to catch Flair's crossbody; the match had a 90-minute time-limit

JCP @ ? - Spring 1986
Tony Schiavone was the ring announcer for the show

Ron Garvin fought NWA TV Champion Arn Anderson to a 15-minute time-limit draw; Garvin punched Anderson with his injured right hand during the closing moments but wasn't able to make the cover before the time expired

NWA US Champion Magnum TA defeated Nikita Koloff via reverse decision; Koloff originally won the match and title around the 15-minute mark after hitting Magnum with a chain while the referee was down on the floor; after the decision was made, a second referee came out, told the initial referee what happened, and the call was changed; after the bout, Koloff assaulted Magnum until Magnum gained the upper hand and threw Koloff into the ringpost

Dusty Rhodes & Wahoo McDaniel defeated NWA World Champion Ric Flair & NWA National Heavyweight Champion Tully Blanchard in a leather strap match at 7:35 when McDaniel pinned Blanchard after hitting him with the strap as Blanchard came off the top; Rhodes had Flair in the figure-4 at the time of the fall; prior to the match, Jimmy Garvin attacked McDaniel from behind and then left ringside

JCP @ ? - Return from the above show?
