 This may not help at all but I remember in a Weston publication (probably The Wrestler) they had a blurb mentioning that Stasiak debuted by wrestling Tony Lanza to a draw.  In my recollection the mag said the year was 1959.  That isn't meant to dispute that he may have had matches the year prior as Ron alluded to; just a frame of reference in case George Stipich used other names prior to Stasiak.
