 Not my class, but the year below me...perhaps the most infamous individual to ever come from my high school was, along with his immediate family, a founding member of a Christian cult.  About ten years ago, he starved his infant son to death, thinking "God would provide" or something, and then buried the body in a Maine state park.  Last I knew, he was serving a long sentence in jail.  This was surprising mainly because he was an all-American kid in high school:  National Honor Society, captain of the soccer team, etc.

The runner up from my high school was a classmate of the kid above.  He too was in National Honor Society and was an unbelievable athlete.  He played football in college and played with the Patriots for a few seasons, including the Super Bowl year against the Packers.  He actually started a bunch of games for them during the '97 and '98 seasons.  A couple years ago, long after his career was finished, he was busted with a hooker and heroin in his car.  I was, to say the least, shocked.  Again, this was just an all-American kid in high school.
