I enjoyed his late 80's ealry 90's run as the US champ & I think WWF dropped the ball by not having him defeat Yoko for the title @ SS 93, Sure he wasn't going to have 5* matches but they could have @ least given the fans the pay off & then had him drop it down the road. I also think the Allied Powers could have been a pretty decent tag team if pushed enough.

His second run in WCW was screwed early on due to Hogan always having to have the belt & the US title being used as a bargaining chip w/ international talent. I'm not saying he deserved runs w/ the World title or US matter of fact I think he was damn lucky to be given the TV & Tag titles @ the same time but he was lumped into that bermuda triangle of a main event scene w/ Hogan, Sting, Macho, Flair, Giant etc that made everyone look stupid (lack of clean finishes).

I stopped watching WCW shorly there after so I missed the rest.
