On another note, I hope this vacancy opens up a spot for Corey Graves, who's just killing it in NXT. He told some fans that once the brand split happened, he might get called up anyway, but now it might happen sooner. Mauro Ranallo and Corey Graves would have the potential to be the best WWE announce team in forever. Hopefully things go well for Lawler with this case, but he threw in the towel so many years ago, he's now significantly worse than Heenan at the end on Nitro when he would show up drunk and rag on the product or just not say anything for long stretches. Lawler could've died from that heart attack and still be propped up to do just as good a job as he's doing now.
