I’ll occassionaly peel a few full size carrots to toss in with the cauliflower with some avocado oil. We eat nitrate free bacon or chorizo and eggs a lot for dinner and That’s all pretty quick if you have it ready to go.
I might be missing out on a secret but peeling hard boiled eggs is a pain in the ass. I’d love to pickle a few dozen eggs but the idea of peeling them all drives me nuts.
