I just watched a bunch of Thunderbolt this week on Championship Wrestling from Georgia, and damn he sucked on the mic.  I saw him as a kid and thought he was mentally challenged and felt bad for him.  
Maybe he was better at an earlier point in his career or maybe you were being sarcastic.
