Finally got around to putting up a new fence. The old one was 27 years old and pretty much rotted out to the point I was using bungee cords to hold posts in place.  Since both my neighbors didn't want their small gates staying next to the new fence, they agreed to pay for the portion plus some of the costs of their respective sides. Took last friday to rip out the old fence, set the posts Mon/Tuesday and then put it up today with one of my coworkers. For a first time endeavor I think it looks decent enough. Thankfully I was able to borrow most of the tools from my neighbor across the street who's a carpenter and the total cost will come in at less than $1500 out of pocket since the neighbors are deferring some of the costs.

Originally was going to use a company, but since they tried to delay me 3 months after our initial agreed upon date, I just opted to go out and do it myself with some help.
