The warrant was for a marijuana violation and I believe the fine was around $300 so he asked to be put on a pay plan. If that doesn't deserve a street execution nothing does. I'm tired of these marihuana injectors running amok on my streets where there are CHILDREN around.

That's actually not true.  The warrant was for a gun charge.  He had choked and robbed a women at gunpoint.
