We had about 200 people in my senior class, and I can't for the life of me think of anyone that did anything bad to make the news or anything...my friend Jon is a nationally known comedian, so we actually had someone who LEGIT made us "proud", so I had the opposite deal. Also, I'd say I have over 100 of my senior class on Facebook and about 90 of them are friends, we have our 20 year reunion in October, it's gonna be a lot of fun. IMO I think stuff like Facebook and Myspace are great for taking the bullshit out of reunions, people that try too hard to be something they aren't, etc...

Nobody from my year at school has become in any way famous or notorious. Other than one who played for Torquay United for a few seasons. Kid in the year below though captained Wales at rugby.

This guy Jason Itzler was in my graduating class. He was one of the most notorious pimps and at one point did 18 months at Rikers. Supposedly Ashley Dupree, Spitzer's ho, worked for him at one time: http://nymag.com/nymetro/nightlife/sex/features/12193/ Last edited on Wed Aug 4th, 2010 07:18 pm by pjstef |

Class of about 400, had at least six suicides within 10 years of graduation. One girl killed her husband in a drunken/drug haze, did time for it. She got out. When country line dancing was big, there was an article about it in the paper and she was one of the people teaching it.

Still very good friends with 6 guys and 2 ladies. We had a bigger group in high school but some moved far distances and 1 died young. As for the class as a whole there were about 600 in the graduating class. I know at least 8 who spent time in jail and at least 5 that died. I don't think we had any pro atheletes in my year although Matt Blundin and Joey Valerio (both with the KC Chiefs) grew up very close to me. They were 3 years behind me. My wife graduated with Tina Fey in 88. Fey was nice but a goth chick at that time. A little strange. I think Jamie Kennedy was in her class as well although she didn't know him.

I graduated with about 60 kids. Two are dead. No one is really famous, but one of my best friends, Glenn, is a fingerprint expert. He does a lot of TV news shows when they need an expert. Some judge recently ruled that fingerpoints were unreliable therefore inadmissable in criminal trials. Glenn was the expert that was brought in to prove him wrong. He also does a lot of expert testimony in trials too. http://www.st2ar.org/advisory.council/biography.gl.htm

I only really keep in touch with a handful of people I went to HS with, never really wanted much to do with them at the time and I don't really feel the need to do so now. As far as people from my class, none of them really made it real big. I had 3 classmates have a cup of coffee in the NFL, one of them is now the football coach. One kid who was always into dance is now doing Broadway shows. He's one of the people who makes up any kind of large group scene. I found out via Facebook that one of the guys who was a burnout and once made out with another guy in the hallway is now a Jesus freak. Certainly there's no denial going on there at all, no sir. The vast majority just got a little fatter and balder, popped out a few kids, and are living as nondescript lives as possible.

One guy in my class was busted last year for soliciting an underage child ( who was a Federal agent ) online and sending him porn. It's funny because in high school, he was in the band and all his friends were girls.

If we are expanding this to spouses, my wife graduated high school in the same class as Val Kilmer, Kevin Spacey and Mare Winnigham. It was a huge class, but everybody knew Kilmer and Winningham, although Spacey was always remembered as kind of a weird loner guy. Kevin Spacey isn't his real name, but I'll be damned if I can recall what it really is it right now.
