No clue that Lynn Denton became the Grappler. Saw him as Denton in 82 with JCP at MLG. Two years later he's there as part of the Grapplers. Cpl Kirschner becoming Leatherface Jerry Stubbs as Mr Olympia initially Keichi Yamada, saw him in Stampede for a while in the late 80's, no clue at the time he became Liger Same thing when Koji Kanemoto became Tiger Mask 3 or when Yoshinari Asai became Ultimo Dragon No clue that "Trooper" Del Wilkes was the Patriot Didn't know that Brad Armstrong was Badstreet/Fantasia

Most times, the pull of the masked man was to find out who was under the mask. Once in awhile, a guy would come along that was so over that nobody cared who was under the mask. That could possibly apply to you.

Didn't the Grappler wrestle in JCP in 81? Before he returned to Mid-South he was in JCP as the Grappler, right? Or maybe early 82?
