Handsome Johnny Starr vs Richard Lee

Handsome Johnny Starr replaced Bobby Heenan as the top heel manager in the Indianapolis based WWA. He managed Ox Baker and occasionally The Legionairres Sgt. Jacques Goulet & Private Don Fargo then Goulet & Soldier LeBeouf after Fargo left the promotion.

Richard Lee managed The Moondogs in Memphis during the early 1990s. I loved watching The Moondogs destroy jobbers during that time period. Good Times.

Who ya got?

Voting out in the open. The poll function sucks.

I gotta go with Starr, because he managed Don Fargo.  Fargo was a bigger star than Sammartino and Gagne.  Juanita told me so.

LOL!!! I remember that. Then I told her Jackie Fargo was a bigger star than Don Fargo ever was. Don had some great gimmicks though. My favorite being Don "Fonzo" Fargo in Los Angeles.

Starr- Bob Luce once showed a video from either the Chicago Amphitheatre or Hammond Civic Center where it legitimately looked like Starr got his eye poked out because he was bleeding so badly.

Anyone who could go on the road with Ox Baker for a year deserves it.
