Tony Angelo managed numerous guys in the 60s and early 70s. Probably best remembered for trading the contract of Ivan Koloff to Lou Albano for the contracts the the Mongols Beppo & Geeto.

Leo The Lion Newman managed Tough Tony Borne among others in east Texas during the mid 1950s.

I'll go Tony Angelo. Sold Ivan Koloff's contract to Captain Lou and Koloff goes on to beat Bruno. He had "the man". I believe Tony quit because he had diabetes and was on the road and just had enough.

Going with Tony Angelo.  Wasn't Crusher Verdu part of the Koloff trade as well?

I can't remember. It was Koloff for somebody. Maybe Verdu. Maybe The Mongols. Maybe all three.

Tony Angelo

I've seen pictures of him singing in Bruiser's night club in Indy.

That cinches it for me.
