Chairs, kendo sticks, announce tables. All came into play during the match. Back & forth match. Daniel whipped Kane with a kendo stick as the match carried on backstage & into a parking lot. Kane backflips Daniel unto a car. Kane then tries to punch Daniel but Daniel moves & Kane hits a car window instead. From the trunk of the car, Daniel pulls out a tire iron & knocks out Kane. Daniel then rolls Kane onto a pallet, which is attached to a forklift & then drives Kane back to the ring. He raises the pallet above the ropes & dumps Kane into the ring. Daniel stands on the pallet & hits Kane with a head butt. Kane kicks out. The match continues outside the ring where Kane chokeslams Daniel thru the announce table. He rolls Daniel onto the apron & gets a table from under the ring. He sets the table on fire & gets on the apron to put Daniel thru the burning table. Daniel manages to push Kane thru the burning table & it looks like Kane is on fire. A WWE employee with a fire extinguisher puts out the fire. Kane gets back into the ring & Daniel hits him with the running knee for the pin. A better match than I expected & both guys worked hard. The PPV was a lot better than I thought it would be. Crowd seemed great to me. Not sure what it is about Cena-Wyatt, but their matches are the boringest shit I've ever seen. Even more boring than most Cena matches.

Just wondering... I was watching WWE Network on my iPad and during the RVD/Cesaro/Swagger match, it cut out for a few seconds and started showing a Brock Lesnar vs. HHH match from Extreme Rules last year. I backed out of the app and got back in and it was back to the RVD match. It just so happens that it was when Swagger was eliminated. Anyone else have issues with the Network?

I enjoyed the PPV for the most part. I agree with srossi that the Cena/Wyatt match itself was boring, but I really like the Wyatt character. I love the creepy-ness. It just works for me. Shield vs. Evolution was tremendous. I remember watching Tyler Black back in IWA Mid-South teaming with Marek Brave and seeing something in him. He will be the break out "Shawn Michaels" star of the group in my opinion. I really like Paige as well. I thinks she works hard, has a unique look and her finisher is sweet looking. Kane and Bryan worked their asses off in the main and I enjoyed the jump from the forklift spot. However, the other "extreme" spots were kind old an tired. Overall a good PPV.

I love the Bray Wyatt gimmick. It just may be the best thing I've seen in a decade or more. It's like a nice mix of Raven, Jake Roberts, and Deliverance. He plays it so perfectly. I don't have a problem at all with the finish to that match, but the kid didn't really "act" that great in either of his segments. The crowd was dead a lot throughout the night, but I still enjoyed the PPV for the most part. I don't get the hate for Kane, maybe it's because he has been around for 20 years, but the guy is a pro and always works hard and works well for a big man. I've always liked him. Speaking of big guys, I'm not a fan of Batista the person, but he worked hard in that match and really did his part in putting those guys over. I hope they do something good with Barrett going forward. Last edited on Mon May 5th, 2014 05:25 pm by DaNkinator |

Re: Cena-Wyatt, the finish was OK (I didn't love it as much as some) but the match was an overbooked and boring clusterfuck. If that's your finish then that should've been it, no need to have a 3-on-1 handicap match for 20 minutes. Have a stipulation where the other 2 have to stay in the back, and just have the creepy kid finish. Cena still gets screwed. I don't need to see Cena beat up 3 guys all night, still almost win 10 times, and then finally lose when he's distracted by a toddler. It's ridiculous. The match was painful to watch and did nothing for the Wyatts.

Yeah, the Superman shit is so tired. I even said that at the time, so I should've pointed that out in my comments above. But I can't stand Cena whatsoever. It's not like most internet hate, as the guy can have a quality match, I just can't stand the character and would be fine if I never saw him again.

Much worse in that regard than at WM, which is weird. On Saturday, Time Warner Cable sent me a new higher-speed modem so I was hoping that would make things better, not worse.

Some wrestling boards claim that little Johnny is the son of Jamison, former manager of the Bushwackers.

The son of Jamison is the kid from the NFL Play 60 commercial with Cam Newton. I actually met them in the parking lot of the convention in Seacucus before WM last year. I can't tell if it's that kid or not, or if he has another son.
