I saw this everywhere yesterday. ESPN, Bleacher Report, Rolling Stone, etc. all shared the video. I have to admit I didn't expect that from Flair at his age.

Not trying to be "that guy", but holy shit, I just blew out a disk watching that. Impressive that Flair can still move that weight at 67, but that lift was pretty much 100% back, 0% legs. Flair's playing with fire if he continues deadlifting big weights with that form.

He'd be better off doing a Sumo deadlift at his age then a regular one.

I'm thinking he probably can't squat down that low. Better off not doing them at all.

Agree that he probably shouldn't be doing them. Still impressed though. Of course, I am a guy who sprains my ankle every time I run on a tread mill.

He should just stick to Lat work for his back and some rows at this point.

To quote DFG, now I'm not trying to be "that guy" either, but I'm not to sure about that being 400lbs. Those aren't standard Olympic style plates. Probably a mix of 50lb. and 25lb. plates with a light bar. Ric crabbed his arms on the way up and if that was a legit 400lbs, even Cena would have a problem crabbing. Not convinced.
