I live in a generally very liberal part of Cook County. This is completely unscientific, but I'm just applying the "eye test" to political signs on the lawns around here. There are WAY less Biden signs this time than Hillary signs in 2016. WAY less. Like perhaps 25% of the number of signs. There could be a few reasons for that, but it's an eye opener
Anecdotal here also but I've seen a total of 3 pieces of campaign paraphernalia relating to support for Biden all year. I've been passing crowds of cheering Trump fans all over town for about a couple of months now. Pulse of the people on the streets & ALL talk around town is 100% pro-Trump regardless of media spin

It all depends on where you are. I live in Ilhan Omar’s congressional district, which is one of the safest Democratic seats in the country. It hasn’t been won by a Republican since the 1960 election and never will be again as presently constituted. There are Biden/Harris signs everywhere and next to none for Trump/Pence.

Trump is correct. The more people who turn out to vote, the less likely the GOP wins anything. That’s why he’s literally been complaining about “fraud” since the day after he actually won. He knows deep down in the grand scheme of things, he isn’t popular. His only chance of winning is through the electoral college.

Just because you are more loud and obnoxious, does not mean you are the majority.

He can win. But it won’t be with the popular vote.

I know of a few of people who stayed home last time out because of the Comey bombshell on Hillary just before the election. They would never have voted for Trump but with that investigation hanging over Hillary no way were they voting for her. This time around they already voted (in PA no less)

I do not normally participate in politics. I am a independent voter. So I have no sides to take. You cant argue a person's opinion. Its just like religion. Everyone has the right to choose what they want, or like or believe in.

Trump is on a roll with massive support all over the country. Biden has no excitement value to draw new people to vote. His votes will come from Democrats, not Biden supporters.

Trump will win with more than 300 Electoral votes.

Most swing states will be to close to call the night of the election.

He will take Florida, North Carolina & Pennsylvania.

Democratac Hollywood stars will cry again and threaten to leave the country like last time, but will not leave.

Republicans will gain another seat or two in the Senate.

Democrats will hold the house.

Trump will get another chance at appointing another Supreme Court Justice before he leaves office in 2024

Democrats had 4 years to find a good person to be the candidate with no bad things in their past. Instead of building up a solid person over the past 4 years they wasted their time trying to block everything Trump did. They also focused on trying to remove him from office. Biden has controversy to him and as the days pass us by, more and more is learned about Biden's past.

What Ron said.

I don’t know how you quantify enthusiasm but Trump has it going on right now. I had a friend call me the other day from California and say there was a 10 mile long car parade for Trump in Los Angeles county. I’m not saying he will win California but people believe in Trump.

I'm an independent as well, but I didn't vote this time around, as neither the orange Orangutan nor Biden deserved my vote. If I had to choose, it would've been Biden because I think that he might be the old "lesser of the two evils" approach. My wife voted Biden, just for the simple fact on how he treats Women and she also doesn't understand on how Christian community can get behind someone like him. She said that a true Christian doesn't believe in the things that comes out of his mouth. I told her the Republican's are very good at saying certain buzz words to get the uninformed to vote for them.

I have a couple of Bernie campaign workers in Michigan on the Facebooks, and 2016 they voted for Trump in droves, "because Hillary stole the nomination."  This time they said they will "not make the same mistake."  I don't know how much the Bernie people sitting out or voting against Hillary- either 3rd party or for Trump- made a difference, but I'm sure it did in a few swing states.

I don't put stock into things like yard signs. Some people need that Rah Rah bullshit, some don't. All my Trump friends have multiple Trump signs along their property. And the signs are huge, not the traditional yard sign. The white supremacy flags came down when the plot to kidnap & kill Governor Whitmer came out. None of my Biden supporting friends have yard signs up.

I think Trump is an ego maniac and needs those stadium shows to feel important & his fans eat that shit up, the bigger displays the better, but I'm not sure it really means jack shit. It's like having the loudest crowd at the homecoming game it doesn't mean the team will win.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has endorsed Trump, the first Republican candidate it has endorsed since 1972.   I doubt that moves the vote much in any direction, but it may offer a clue into what western PA is thinking right now.  And western PA, perhaps more than any other region in the country, has a big say in who wins this thing.  Rural PA is a lock for Trump, but if he can make a strong showing in Pittsburgh, PA's electoral votes start to look good for Trump.  With early returns showing Florida and NC looking good for Trump, winning PA might be enough to put him over the top.

Let’s look at the Trump record:

Under Donald Trump the economy, pre-COVID, boomed, like no time since the 1950s. Look at your 401(k) over the past three years.

Unemployment for Black Americans is lower than it has ever been, under any president of either party.

Under Mr. Trump, our trade relationships have vastly improved and our trade deals have been rewritten. Thanks to him, middle America is on the map again and the Appalachian and hourly worker has some hope.

Has Mr. Trump done enough for these struggling fellow citizens? No. But he recognized them. Maybe he was not articulate, but he recognized their pain.

No one ever asked the American people, or the people in “flyover,” country, if they wanted to send their jobs abroad — until Mr. Trump. He has moved the debate, in both parties, from free trade, totally unfettered, to managed, or fair, trade. He has put America first, just as he said he would.

He also kept his promise to appoint originalists to the Supreme Court of the United States. His third appointment, Amy Coney Barrett, is the best of all — a jurist whose mind and character and scholarship ARE first class. We hope she stands against both judicial and executive excess.

Finally, let’s talk about one of the most important concerns in this region — energy. Under Mr. Trump the United States achieved energy independence for the first time in the lifetimes of most of us. Where would Western Pennsylvania be without the Shell Petrochemical Complex (the “cracker plant”)?

Donald Trump is not Churchill, to be sure, but he gets things done.

He is not a unifier. He often acts like the president of his base, not the whole country. He has done nothing to lessen our divisions and has, in fact, often deepened them. The convictions and intellect of all Americans should be respected by ALL Americans, especially the president.

Has Mr. Trump handled the pandemic perfectly? No. But no one masters a pandemic. And the president was and is right that we must not cower before the disease and we have to keep America open and working.

Whether Trump is out of office, soon, or in 4 more years....within two months of getting out, he'll try to make his own country. And people will eat that shit up.

It sounds ludicrous and like a punchline, but I guarantee he'll at least float the idea. "Greater American States of Trump (GAST)"
