That’s really cool. Anyone who was a fan in the 90s remembers a few different guys who were at all the shows, and if they were going to give this award to anyone I think it is well deserved.

Superstar '18-'19 POTY, 1st Ballot HOFer

There was a girl that always sat up front at the NY area shows and most of the boys knew her. As she aged, the older wrestlers still talked to her. Last time I saw her was at a TNA house show at Mid Hudson Civic Center. She was busting Kevin Nash’s balls, and he was talking to her from the apron. There was also a sign guy. Not Dudley, but some other guy that would hold up signs and he would pop the boys with his witty, clever signs. Now, we’re they superfans? Not up to me to say. I’m just happy that when I clicked here I didn’t see a pic of that girl Izzy, or pissed off Miz girl.

In the mid ‘90s I was at an MSG house shows and my friend recognized him and went over to ask him if he knew someone and got free tickets. He said he was just a fan and paid for everything. It was right around that time that I just stopped seeing him. I’m not sure when he first started popping up, but at times in the ‘80s he got more airtime than Hulk Hogan.

How about Hat Guy and Faith No More Guy? Seems like they were all the big WWF shows in the northeast as well as ECW.

Vladimir is a wrestling fan period. I remember seeing in on WCW shows also. I know he was at the Meadlands show the night Flair won the title from sting.
