Never sure with this guy when he's working and when he's not, but if this is all true I hope some of his wealthier friends in the business help him out a bit. Chris Jericho always donates on the sly to the boys in need, but I don't know who else he knows that actually has money since they all seem to be broke these days too. I don't know if Ted DiBiase has a pot to piss in these days after his religion scam, but if he does it would be nice of him to help out someone for a change instead of working the marks for Jesus.

Unless you are a complete fuck-up of Sunny proportions, WWE were at least keeping all the old-timey WWF wrestlers from being homeless, probably on the proviso that it's all kept on the DL. I wonder if Nick Khan will see this as somewhere that money can be saved.

Well, to be fair, they did kind of throw him around like a rag doll. For example, Snuka vs DiBiase was the second last match of Summerslam '89 and Ted got his hand raised due to some shenanigans. But Snuka still had to go over, right? (He just came back). So, they had him do the Superfly splash after the match...on Virgil.

But Virgil hardy wrestled any actual matches until he split from DiBiase in 1991. He only has 4 known matches for the whole of 1989. Between 1987 and 1990, he wrestled fewer than 100 matches, then in 1991-93 it goes up to 150-200 matches each year.
